Other Rooms, Other Voices is a film-sound artwork made in collaboration with Patch Perez. It features ten residents of Sanford Housing Co-operative in Lewisham, the oldest purpose built housing co-operative in the United Kingdom. Created in 2022, the work employs point-cloud scanning and ambisonic sound recording to investigate the relationship between the human, the more-than-human, and the built environment.
A physical exhibition of Other Rooms, Other Voices will be open to the public 12–5pm on Saturday January 14 and Sunday January 15 2023 at SIML Space, London (more information here).
From Saturday January 14 to Wednesday 15 February 2023, Other Rooms, Other Voices will be screened online here.
